Maintenance II

Maintenance full-time for our Southfield apartment community. Must have own tools, and reliable transportation. Maintenance experience required with Type II or Universal Certificate. This person will be responsible to perform a variety of service requests, all plumbing, drywall repair or replacement, lock replacement, replace exterior and interior doors, light carpentry, touch up painting, install countertops, install sinks, install dishwashers, repair appliances, repair leaks, maintain and repair furnaces and air conditioners, etc. Oversee other on site maintenance personnel, and perform all duties required of a Maintenance I and General Helper position. May also be responsible for on call for one or more properties as assigned, and assist with snow removal as needed. Benefits available after 90 days.
